The Scottish Qualifications Authority (SQA) Diploma in Training & Development (SCQF Level 7) is made up of a group Higher National Certificate units and covers all aspects of the training cycle. Participants will have the opportunity to study, discuss and develop skills in planning designing and delivering training courses. Also examined will be identifying learning needs, assessment and evaluation practices and there will be a focus on participants continuing professional development. The programme is suitable for trainers and for managers whose role incorporates a training element. |

The course, as outlined below, starts on 30th September 2008 (and at regular intervals throughout the year) and runs in central Glasgow. It is offered over 7 days with refreshments and lunch provided, at a cost of Ł750 + Ł120 SQA Registration fee. Total cost Ł870. |
